In settings, define consultation types and prices for your practice.

  • Add and edit consultation types
  • Set prices in rands
  • Keep inactive types for historical records
  1. Open consultation in progress
  2. Add ICD-10 diagnosis code(s)
  3. Select consultation type
  4. Generate invoice and mark consultation billed
  • Draft
  • Sent
  • Paid
  • Overdue
  • Written Off
  • Change consultation type
  • Add/remove extra line items
  • Edit issue date, due date, and notes

Set the next invoice number to match your existing practice sequence.

Add payment instructions or practice billing notes shown on invoice PDFs.
