Account Access
Create Your Account
Section titled “Create Your Account”Sign-up captures two sets of details:
- Practitioner details (name, practice details, optional HPCSA)
- Login credentials (email and password)
Sign In
Section titled “Sign In”- Sign in with email and password
- Incorrect credentials show a retry message
- If redirected to sign in from another page, you return there after authentication
Forgot Password
Section titled “Forgot Password”Request reset
Section titled “Request reset”Enter your email to receive reset instructions.
Set new password
Section titled “Set new password”Open the link, set your new password, and sign in again.
Security Basics
Section titled “Security Basics”- Each sign-in starts a secure session
- Account access maps to your practitioner profile
- Practice data remains scoped to your own account
